I am a real estate "matchmaker." I always wanted a career where I could help people achieve their goals—what better way than as a REALTOR®? The process of buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial endeavors a person will ever make in their lifetime, and I take my role in it very seriously. Every completed transaction, no matter the dollar amount, is a big accomplishment. I put my heart and soul into my clients’ goals—when we achieve those goals, close the transaction, and they thank me for getting them through the door, that is my definition of success.
Though unconventional, my professional background started with me earning my B.S. in Environmental Engineering. It may not seem related to buying or selling houses, but the fact is that engineering is the study of solving problems. In real estate, we often need to think “outside the box"; my education taught me how to solve problems and, if necessary, get creative in making a transaction come together. I also have a sales background, which taught me to listen to my clients’ needs so I can effectively help them attain their goals. At my core, I'm a compassionate person who is passionate about everything I do. With a Broker's License and the Certified Military Specialist (CMS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designations, my qualifications help me serve my clients at the highest possible level.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, attending plays and cultural events, photography (but not of homes—I leave that to the professionals!), and word games. Strangely enough, Words with Friends has connected me with people from all around the world who I now count among my close friends. I'm terribly grateful for the friendships, both new and renewed, I've been able to make through social media.
What I love about the Chandler and East Valley areas is the proximity to so much: I can see mountains all around me and still get to downtown Phoenix, a fantastic Scottsdale restaurant or gallery, or the airport in 30 minutes. The folks in the East Valley are down-to-earth people with good values. I'm lucky to count myself among them.
I have a bubbly personality and a good sense of humor, but my serious side takes over when we are in negotiation! You can trust that I'll leverage the full range of my abilities to help you buy or sell your home. Please don't hesitate to get in touch—I can't wait to hear from you!
